Warranty Policy

At JewelRe.co, we work with top manufacturers to create handcrafted, responsibly sourced pieces that are made to last. We’re confident in the quality of our product, which is why we offer a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

1-Year Warranty

We stand by the craftsmanship and durability of our jewellery. Our 1-year warranty covers any manufacturing defects. If your jewellery is deemed faulty by JewelRe.co, we will offer a replacement. 

Manufacturing defects refer to the structure of the jewellery item. Some examples of manufacturing defect or damage which may be covered under this warranty include:

  • Uneven settings or prongs at the time of delivery
  • Chips or scratches in stones at the time of delivery
  • Lost or loose stone at time of delivery
  • Broken earrings posts, broken chain bracelet links or clasps due to mishandling during transit at the time of delivery

Warranty Coverage Does Not Include:

  • Damage caused by misuse or accidents
  • Scratches or dents that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain) are inevitable and are not considered a defect
  • Loss or theft
  • Modification by a third party (e.g. resizing or repair work)
  • Discolouration or tarnish due to improper care
  • Oxidation due to improper use or storage
  • Lost stones or weakened prongs from everyday wear or other damage

Optional: 5-Year Warranty

At checkout, customers have the option to purchase a 5-year warranty for their JewelRe purchases. This extended warranty includes all the benefits of our standard 1-year warranty and offers an additional four years of comprehensive coverage for ultimate peace of mind.

Additional Information:

  • Our JewelRe pieces are delicate and care must be taken when worn. Following our care guidelines will help maintain the beauty and longevity of your items.
  • All metals can tarnish over time. Exposure to substances like hand sanitizers, cleaning agents, soap, cosmetic products, and acidic skin types can accelerate the discoloration process. Please note, that tarnishing and discoloration resulting from these factors are not covered under this warranty.
  • The warranty allows for 1 free replacement per order. If your claim falls outside the 1-year warranty period, you can purchase a replacement on our website.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the defective or damaged item to JewelRe.co. We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced item back to the customer.
  • If you are unsure if your item is covered under warranty, please email hello@jewelre.co and our team will respond to you.

Returns Policy

However, because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review our policy below for more details.

No Returns or Exchanges on JewelRe pieces

At JewelRe.co all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on any of our JewelRe pieces. This policy helps us maintain our commitment to providing you with the highest quality and best prices possible. However, if your item arrives faulty or damaged, our warranty will cover the necessary repairs or replacements.

Returns on accessories

For any accessories purchased, if they arrive faulty or damaged, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are happy to assist with a replacement for these items.
